Shipping & Returns

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all locations within Australia and New Zealand. If you're outside of Australia and New Zealand, please contact us and we'll see what we can do!

How much do you charge for shipping?
Delivery to all of Australia is FREE for any number of items. International shipping is a flat fee of $10 for any number of items.

How fast will I receive my order?

  • We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day
  • Items are shipped via Australia Post
  • After we ship your order, your item(s) is delivered within 1 - 5 business days

We keep you informed

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned items need to be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed (no exceptions) with tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • We will refund you 100% of the price you paid for the shirts, including the shipping fee we charged you.
  • You are only responsible for the one-way return shipping.

How to return an order?
If you need to return an order, simply use your phone's camera to take a picture of your Order Number and send it to sales@mody.com.au.

  • Your Order Number is displayed on your tax invoice or in the confirmation email received when the order was placed.
  • We will email you the moment it arrives back to us.
  • We will email you again when your refund has been processed (usually on the same day).
  • Your funds will then show up on your statement within 4-5 business days.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post as we are not responsible if returned items are lost in transit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by MODY. If you are returning goods from outside Australia, please be sure to endorse the package as 'Return of Goods', this will avoid the payment of custom duties and taxes.

How to exchange an order?
Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us (as above) for a refund. We will refund your original order as soon as we receive it.

Will I have to pay customs duty or tax on my shirts?

Please note: this section for international buyers only

MODY is not responsible for payment of any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) in the destination country. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure of any applicable taxes and customs charges. Customs duty or local tax is not included in the price of displayed items on the website.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
